The health and well-being of our fans and crew members is our top priority. Due to COVID-19 state closure of restaurants, we have temporarily closed our dining room until further notice. Our four locations continue to be open for business through drive-thru. We are open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily with our drive-thru and Dubuque delivery with Grub Hub or EatStreet.

Dairy Queen is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation best practices that meet and often exceed local, state, and governmental standards while diligently implementing additional measures for increased safety of both our customers and employees. We continue to follow and closely monitor all guidelines of the CDC and local public health authorities.

One way we are prioritizing health and well-being is by encouraging any employee who is not feeling well to stay home. We continuously wipe down all commonly contacted surfaces in our stores to ensure continued cleanliness and the use of refillable cups in our stores has been temporarily paused.

For increased safety in the stores, we are requesting social distancing of 6 feet and have placed floor signs accordingly. Clear plastic shields have been installed at checkout lanes as another safety measure precaution for both employees and customers.
